Description
Well balanced allround kitchen knife in the japanese style, this K-tip is made from an old farriers rasp ground to a full flat. This makes for a very thin sharp and delicate tip. handle is constructed of stabilized poplar burl with an ebony ferrule. The poplar burl has some live edge on the back of the handle to give this knife alot more character and break from all the super clean and tight lines on this blade. at 22cm blade (8,75″) it is slightly larger than your average chef but it is surprisingly agile
