This C130 high-carbon steel blade has that extra performance with the S-grind. A hollow grind starting at around 1cm from the cutting edge will lower resistance and help you cut those tough foods with the same ease as everything else.
This handle is made from a very high-grade Hawaiian Koa. With chatoyance going through the roof, you can see holographic lines appear and shift across the grain of the wood for a spectacle of light, making it seem as if you can look deep into the wood itself
