Forged from a 240 layer billet of damascus steel, this petty chef combines the best of both worlds. With a height of 52mm it has more than enough knuckle clearance on the chopping board but the 16.5cm blade length adds control and stability to tip cuts making this an excellent choice for dicing vegetables with great precision. The forged back of the knife gives it more character and the forged taper makes for a razor thin tip and excellent balance point.
